Dear Wellnessians,

We are excited to extend a warm invitation to you for the upcoming Wellness Vlog Competition, which includes two sessions – Kick-Off in October 2024 and Prize Show in April 2025. Lighthearted, vibrant, and fun — this wellness-themed competition invites residents to document wellness moments. 

Staying wellbeing is not easy, but there is beauty in the efforts to keep wellness. When you trek across town to hike in a Saturday morning, when you watch a hit show and savour every minute of it, when you make yourself a little refreshment during mid-term, when you pull out your yoga mat at the height of your misery, when you roam around Cheung Chau on your bike, … we want to witness your wellness journeys as well! 

Details of the Wellness Vlog Competition Kick-Off are as follows:

Date: 31 October 2024 (Thursday)
Time: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Venue: Communal Hall

Register Now to secure your spot for this unforgettable event. Deadline: 27 October 2024. Kick-off session will help you win the competition! 

For winners: 
• 1^st prize: HK$300 worth of vouchers  
• 2^nd prize: HK$200 worth of vouchers  
• 3^rd prize: HK$100 worth of vouchers  

For entrants: 
• 2 iGPS units will be given to Wellnessians who submit vlog by 7 March 2025. 

For participants:
• 5 RC points will be given to Wellnessians who attend each session (Kick-Off, Prize Show).
