II. Terms of Reference
a. To advise on the overall direction and long-term development of the RC;
b. To advise on the establishment and strategic use of the endowment fund;
c. To steer the overall strategies in enhancing the RC’s efforts in:
i. establishing effective networks;
ii. expanding ties and engagement with community leaders and RC alumni;
iii. building a positive image of the RC;
d. To solicit resources and donations to sustain the RC’s development; and
e. To offer advice to the Executive Committee of the RC.
