Happy Baking (Sem 1)

各位康活宿生:

親手製作食物可以放鬆身心,而分享食物則可表達關懷!

善衡善衡康活書院將會在Semester 1舉辦健康烘培製作班,讓宿生們暫時放下繁重的學習,與其他宿生邊製作邊聊天,又可以將親手造的甜品轉贈他人,將愛心傳開!

這個學期RLA Peggy和宿生Annie、Cona、Carrie及Hester開辦三堂烹飪課,製作健康又美味的甜品。另外,為了實踐”Train the Trainers”的理念,我們將邀上學期有擔當及對烹飪有興趣的宿生成為Semester 2的烘焙課的助手或主持。

每堂課名額12位,有興趣的同學請盡快報名!(如報名人數超過限額,將以抽籤形式抽出參加者,並會以電郵通知)

日期:9月16日 (星期一)、10月7日 (星期一)、11月4日 (星期一)
時間:晚上6時半至8時
地點:Communal Hall

報名詳情:

  • 如報名後未能出席,請於開課前三個工作天以電郵通知wellness@hsu.edu.hk,否則名字將會被記錄於「黑名單」,影響日後入住書院的申請
  • 參與者將獲5分書院活動參與積分
  • 每名參與者須於工作坊付HKD30食材費,並負責清潔用具及場地

Dear Wellnessians,

Making food by yourself helps relax your body and mind. Sharing food connects you with your friends.

The Happy Baking workshops of S H HO S H Ho Wellness College will hold 3 baking classes in Semester 1, in which Wellnessians can learn how to make desserts and share the bakery to their loved ones!

RLA Peggy and student Annie, Cona, Carrie, Hester will lead the workshops. In addition, in order to realise the idea of “Train the Trainers”, passionate and committed participants in Semester 1 will be invited to take the lead/ assist the operation of the bakery workshops held in Semester 2. 

There are 12 places per class. If you are interested, sign up as soon as possible! (If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, participants will be selected by lottery and notified by email)

Date: 16 September (Monday), 7 October (Monday), 4 November (Monday)
Time: 6:30 PM to 8 PM
Location: Communal Hall

 

Registration details:

• If you are unable to attend after registration, please notify by email to <wellness@hsu.edu.hk> 3 working days before the class starts. Otherwise, your name will be recorded on the “Blacklist”, which will affect your future application in RC admission

• Participants will receive 5 RC points for participating in RC activities

• Each participant will have to pay HKD30 for the food ingredients and clean up the utensils and venue after use
