The 2nd S H Ho S H Ho Wellness College Wellness Relay Race will be held in February 2026! You are cordially invited to form teams and join us for a day filled with teamwork, friendly competition, and excitement!
This year, a challenge station will be set up at The Way after runners complete an incline from Block A to Block M, providing an opportunity to recover. Details of the Race are as follows:

Eligibility:
All Undergraduate students and staff are welcome to join
Categories:
Resident Category (all members should be RC residents, Old Hall residents or Non-residential Membership Scheme Members) and Open Category (inclusive of both staff and non-RC residents) (Figure 1)
Team Formation:
Teams of 4 single-gender students or staff
Prizes:
Sports coupons for champions (HK$800), 1st runners-up (HK$500) and 2nd-runners up (HK$300) in both genders
Dress code:
College-designated running jersey and proper sportswear
