善衡善衡康活書院呈獻— 靜觀工作坊

靜觀是甚麼?靜觀是指有意識地以一個不加批判的心,把注意力帶回到此時當的自己,覺察自身的思想、情緒和身體反應,如實地接納自己「當下」的所有經驗。

現代人的生活節奏快,壓力也很大。 然而,不可能經常接受心理治療,自助是提升情緒健康的有效方法,持續的靜觀練習可使人以更積極的方式面對壓力。

本計劃邀請了專業的導師任教以下的工作坊:

以上工作坊均以廣東話進行。

這個計劃裡有不同元素的工作坊,我們期望每名參加者出席計劃裡合共六節的工作坊,體驗持續練習靜觀的好處。出席比率超過80%的參加者,將獲得20 RC points;表現理想的同學有機會獲得「院長推薦計劃」得到來年的宿位。

Introducing the programme of “Mindfulness for Wellness” to you!

Mindfulness? Meditation? Zazen? These words often appear in content related to healthy lifestyles. So what exactly is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a technique you can learn which involves noticing what’s happening in the present moment, without judgement. By detaching themselves from their current worries, meditators can often find inner peace. Modern people’s lives are fast-paced and often stressful. However, it is not easy to receive psychotherapy. Self-help is the best way to prevent mental illness. Through consistent practice, mindfulness empowers individuals to face difficulties in a more positive way.

Qualified instructors are invited to go through a programme of 6 workshops with you:

Zentangle Art: easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns and not to worry about the result.

All workshops will be conducted in CANTONESE.

Participants are expected to attend all workshops to experience the impact of mindfulness on emotional well-being. 20 RC points will be earned with >80% attendance. Participants with satisfactory performance in the programme will be commended for Master’s Recommendation to secure an RC bed place for next year!
