Organised by our Master Paul and Associate Master Maggie, the Master’s Meal is hosted on the last Tuesday of each month. Each meal is limited to a group of 10 residents, so that participants are given time and space to communicate with each other.
Wellness is much more than physical wellness, it is also an integration of spiritual wellness, social wellness, emotional wellness, occupational wellness, intellectual wellness and environmental wellness. In each Master’s Meal, we will focus on one of the aspects.
